Payment Not Received

There may be several reasons why your payment has not yet arrived:
The payment period has not yet arrived. Refer to our stated payment terms here.
You did not mark the product as "shipped" if it is a delivery you manage
You did not provide all the necessary documents for the proper operation of your Stripe account
You have not activated automatic transfers; you must request your transfers. To do this, go to the “My Store” tab and then “Transfers to request.” You can activate automatic transfers at any time from "Receive my payments"
In the case of delivery by carrier or cocolis deliveries, the delivery status has not been updated on our side. In this case, contact us via the contact form to unlock this.
