When will I be paid for a sale on Selency?

The payment timing depends on the chosen delivery method. Here are the details for each case:

🚚 Delivery by Selency

You are paid 3 days after delivery to the customer.

🤝 Cocolis Delivery

You are paid 14 days after delivery to the customer.

📦 Mondial Relay or Colissimo

You are paid 14 days after the package is delivered to the customer.

🏡 Pickup from your location

You are paid 14 days after handing the product over to the customer.

📦 Seller delivery

You are paid 14 days after the product is shipped.

📌 Good to know

- Payment is triggered automatically by default, you have no action to take except in the case of in-person handover or delivery by you, or if you have disabled automatic transfers.

- If you are not receiving your payments, please check that your information is correctly filled in the “Receive my payments” tab. For your information, our payment provider Stripe regularly requests new information to ensure the legality of the transaction.

- Selency triggers the transfer payment by the indicated deadlines above. Stripe then actually processes the transfer within 1 or 2 days. The payment date set by Selency and the actual payment may therefore differ by a few days.
