What is taken into account to qualify a non-conformity?

Some differences may be too subjective to be considered. The angle of a photo or lighting can be misleading. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing all photos and the listing description before contacting our customer service.

Factors considered to confirm a non-conformity :

- The material of the product: a chair made of iron instead of wood

- A very different color: a red chair instead of a blue chair

- The patterns: polka dots instead of stripes

- The shape or type of product: a set of plates instead of a set of glasses

- The dimensions: a table advertised as 1 meter but actually 2 meters

- A much more severe wear than described: the wood is claimed to be pristine while there are hidden wear marks in the listing (not in the description and/or not visible in photos)

Factors not considered to confirm a non-conformity :

- Color differences that are too subjective: a light red instead of a darker red

- Scratches or wear clearly visible in the listing or noted in the description


What happens once the non-conformity is confirmed by our team?

Two options are available to you:

  1. Keep the product and receive a goodwill gesture

  2. Return the product and receive a full refund of your order
