Super Pro Program Terms
Eligibility
To be eligible for Super Pro, sellers must: (1) have a Selency account as a compliant professional seller and (2) meet the minimum performance standards detailed on the Super Pro program page.
The Super Pro status is valid only for the qualification period, and your Super Pro status may be lost at the next review date if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria.
If you wish to deactivate your Super Pro status, contact the Selency team. Deactivating your status will end your exclusive benefits and disable the badge on your product pages and shop.
Evaluation
Qualification is automatically evaluated every 3 months (the “qualification period”) on the first day of each calendar quarter (the “evaluation date”). If a host meets the eligibility criteria as of the review date, they automatically become eligible to become Super Pro during the qualification period.
The Super Pro status is automatically revoked on the next review date if the seller has not met the eligibility criteria. Selency may, at its discretion, inform sellers of the revocation of their Super Pro status. Sellers whose Super Pro status has been revoked may regain Super Pro status in a future evaluation if they meet the eligibility criteria.
If you meet the criteria to become Super Pro, a badge indicating your Super Pro status will be automatically added to your products and your shop.
Benefits
Super Pros enjoy special benefits, which you can find on the Super Pro program page. These benefits may be subject to additional conditions stated on this page and may be changed or discontinued by Selency at any time, with or without notice.
In particular, regarding the immediate product publication benefit, Selency reserves the right to remove a product that has already been published if it does not conform to its selection policy or contains content contrary to our ToU.
Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Selency harmless from all claims, suits, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your abusive use of the Super Pro badge or any false or misleading statement, action, or omission related to your designation as Super Pro.
Termination
Participation in the Super Pro program is a privilege, not a right. Your Super Pro status, privileges, and eligibility for the Super Pro badge may be revoked at our sole discretion if you do not comply with these terms or Selency’s Terms of Use or any other Selency condition applicable to your situation.

THE SUPER PRO BADGE AND ALL OTHER ELEMENTS, AS WELL AS THE SUPER PRO BENEFITS, ARE PROVIDED AS IS. SELENCY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND ALL LIABILITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS. THE SUPER PRO BADGE OR SUPER PRO STATUS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A RECOMMENDATION BY SELENCY OF ANY SELLER OR PRODUCT.
Limitations of Liability
SELENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, DAMAGES TO A COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR DISTRESS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SUPER PRO PROGRAM.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision (or the portion thereof) shall be deemed not to be written and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Updates to the Terms
Selency reserves the right to update these terms at any time and without notice. If we modify these terms, we will publish the modification on the Selency website or services. The modification will take effect upon publication. If you continue to use Selency after publication of a modification, you agree that these new terms bind you. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, your only recourse is to stop using Selency.
We may also discontinue the entire Super Pro program at any time, with or without notice.
