Order Validation

When you make a purchase on Selency and choose a payment method other than bank transfer, only a bank debit authorization is performed.

We must first verify with the seller(s) the availability of the products. They have a deadline of 72 hours to confirm or deny availability.

After the 72 hours, you will receive an order confirmation with the details of the confirmed products. From then on, the authorization is captured for the available products. You are charged.

If the item is unavailable, the authorization will disappear within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank's processing times. 5 to 10 business days if the chosen payment method is PayPal.
