Cancel an Order

You have a 14-day period after receiving the product to inform us of your wish to withdraw.

For any cancellation request, contact us via the contact form

1. If your order has not yet been shipped

Good news: you can simply cancel it and you will be refunded in full (product + Selency service fees + delivery fees) within 3 to 5 business days to the payment method used at purchase.

2. If your order has already been shipped

Once your withdrawal is confirmed with our team, you have 14 days to return the product to the seller. If this deadline is exceeded, your request will be canceled and no refund can be issued. The outbound and return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once the product is returned intact to the seller, you will be refunded the price of the product and Selency service fees within 3 to 5 business days to the payment method used at purchase. Note, in case of damage upon arrival, a partial or no refund may be applied. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance with the carrier.
