Delivery to the Floor

As part of a delivery by carrier, if your delivery address is located in France, you can subscribe to floor delivery for a fee of 119 euros.

Service conditions

Two couriers must be able to carry the product. So please consider the weight and size of the product.

Two products can be transported with this service. Beyond 2 products, an additional charge will be billed per item.

For any delivery beyond the 7th floor, an extra surcharge may also be requested.

Your responsibility is to ensure that the dimensions of your elevator shaft/staircase are large enough to allow the couriers to bring the product to your home. If, unfortunately, the furniture does not fit or cannot be transported by two people, the product will be returned to the seller and the shipping costs both ways will be borne by you.
