Who pays the shipping costs? ๐Ÿ’ธ The shipping price is the buyer's responsibility; the seller will be paid for it on the day of the product payment.

Under what conditions does the delivery occur? ๐Ÿ’ก The seller is free to choose their carrier; we recommend checking the options via upela.com ๐Ÿš›. We recommend purchasing carrier insurance to facilitate compensation if necessary.

Once the sale is confirmed, the seller is invited to contact the buyer to agree on delivery, for example the preferred relay point.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the dimensions of the elevator or stairwell allow the furniture to be transported to their home. To facilitate transport, your item may sometimes arrive disassembled; this is rare. The carrier will not be able to help you reassemble the furniture, however do not hesitate to contact your seller if there is no assembly instructions included in the package. ๐Ÿงฉ

Can delivery be made on the floor? ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ This depends on your seller; agree with them for this service.

What is the dispatch time? โŒ› Your seller has 72 hours to ship your package once your sale is validated.

How to track your delivery? The seller must provide the tracking number to their buyer. An informed buyer is a buyer who will trust you! ๐Ÿ˜Š

What happens in case of breakage? The buyer has 48 hours from receipt to inform us.

Then, 3 options are available to them:

  1. They keep the product and request a goodwill gesture

  2. They return the product and are fully reimbursed. The shipping costs for the outward and return trip are the seller's responsibility.
