Delivery Terms Cocolis

How does it work? Once your order is validated by the seller, we will start the transporter search on the Cocolis platform. Once the transporter is found, we will offer pickup and delivery slots to both the buyer and the seller.

Attention: after 5 refused pickup proposals, the listing will be automatically deleted and pickup timelines will be extended.

What are the pickup timeframes? 1 to 3 weeks depending on the availability of the seller and the buyer.

Once a Cocolis transporter is found, you will receive an email with a proposed date for pickup. If that date is not suitable, you can refuse and indicate your unavailability.

Note that if no driver comes forward, the delivery may be switched to delivery by Selency transporter and the timeframe will be 4 weeks from that moment.

Under what conditions does the pickup take place? Cocolis is a collaborative delivery service. Your courier will be alone; they may ask for your help.

If the pickup has been organized and you are finally no longer available, please contact us quickly via our contact form. Note that if the driver is already en route, the transport will be charged to you.

What are the delivery timeframes? 1 to 4 weeks depending on your availability and that of your seller.

Note that if no driver comes forward, the delivery may be switched to delivery by Selency transporter and the timeframe will be 6 weeks from that moment.

Can delivery be to the upstairs? This service is not available with Cocolis.

A breakage to report? Cocolis provides insurance up to €150 per transport.

If unfortunately your product arrives broken to the buyer, they have 5 days to report the breakage to Cocolis customer service by sending an email with supporting photos at 💌 contact@cocolis.fr. Cocolis will open a claim with their insurer and will get back to them to provide compensation.
