Available delivery options on Selency

Selency offers integrated delivery services for small and large parcels but also allows sellers to handle delivery themselves.

Here are the different options available:

๐Ÿ›๏ธ 1. Pickup at the seller's location

The buyer comes to collect the product directly at the address provided by the seller. This method is simple, fast, and economical for both parties.

๐Ÿ“ฆ 2. Small parcel delivery

For small-sized products, sellers can enable small parcel delivery when the product is eligible for one of the following services:

  • Colissimo : home delivery.

  • Mondial Relay : delivery to a pickup point.

๐Ÿ’ก Note : if the product is eligible for both, both are automatically activated.

๐Ÿšš 3. Delivery by carrier

This option is activated when the product is eligible for one of the following services:

  • Delivery by Selency partner carriers

  • Cocolis Delivery (carpooling of objects)

๐Ÿ’ก Note : if the product is eligible for both, both are automatically activated.

๐Ÿš— 4. Seller delivery

The seller offers to deliver the product themselves. The seller defines:

  • the geographical area

  • the price (with the possibility of offering free delivery),

  • the timelines,

  • and may choose between two service levels:

    • Standard delivery

    • Express delivery

All of this information is visible to the buyer on the listing.

โœ๏ธ 5. Other delivery by the seller

This is a free-form field in which the seller can describe an alternative delivery method (e.g., delivery via a local carrier, bike delivery, etc.) and indicate the associated price.
