Reviews of Your Shop
Selency relies on honest and transparent feedback to help sellers optimize their activities and allow future buyers to know what to expect. Buyers can use comments to share public remarks about the product they ordered.
Who can leave a review and when?
Buyers are invited to leave a review once their order has been delivered. Reminders are sent and prompts to leave a review are displayed at various points in the user journey: the homepage, the messaging area, and the “My Purchases” section.
Buyers can rate from 1 to 5 stars and write a comment. Suggestions for comments are offered depending on the given rating.
If the buyer does not leave a review after one month and agrees to it, an automatic 5-star review is published to reward the seller for a smooth sale. This automatic review is clearly identifiable to users by the label “Automatic Rating.”
Where to view reviews?
Log in to your Selency account and go to your shop. You will be able to view all the reviews you have received.
Displaying reviews
Reviews appear both on the product pages and on the seller’s shop. They are displayed in chronological order by default, with the most recent appearing first.
Responding to a review
It is not possible to respond to a review. If you deem a comment offensive or disproportionate, please let us know via our contact form.
Moderation of reviews
Reviews are checked by our algorithm to reject any explicit, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, illegal, or abusive content.
Moreover, comments must be impartial and contain relevant information reflecting the buyer’s actual experience. If a review is found to contravene these rules, Selency may manually reject it.https://selency.frontkb.com/fr/contact-us
