Invoice to Send to the Client
Selency generates 3 types of invoices:
for the seller: the platform commission
for the buyer: the delivery charges if delivery is by Selency (by carrier, Cocolis, or small package) and the platform service fees
However, we do not generate an invoice for the products. It is up to you as a professional seller to provide an invoice for the products to buyers who request it.
The invoice must mention:
The sale price (Selency commission included since you receive the commission invoice on your side). The notion of commission or its amount should not appear on the client's invoice.
The delivery price when it is at your charge.
You can find the product information to be invoiced, the client's email address, and the billing address in the details of your sale.
We invite you to send the invoice to them by email or to include it in your package before sending it.
