Confirming an Order
When a client places an order, you are notified and have a 72-hour window to verify product availability.
Go to "Sales to be confirmed":
If the product is available: click "Validate the order." Your client will then be informed that their sale is validated and will be charged.
If you are responsible for delivery or if a pickup at the seller is planned, please contact the client to arrange.
If delivery is carried out by Selency’s carrier, we will coordinate with our carriers to schedule a pickup. You will receive an email informing you of the product pickup date.
If delivery is through Cocolis, you will receive an email from Cocolis to confirm your availability.
If delivery is by small parcel (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, ...), download the shipping label to ship as soon as possible.
If the product is unavailable: click "Cancel the order." In this case, the client will not be charged and the product will be removed from the sale to avoid further unavailability.
