To chat with your buyers, Selency provides you with a private messaging system.
This messaging system allows you to communicate with your buyer about the relevant product.
Note that the messaging system has an automatic moderation system for messages. Contact details are not allowed via the messaging system:
your shop name
exact address. If you want to provide a delivery quote, ask only for the postal code and country.
phone number, email, or other contact method
external link
If a message is moderated automatically in error, contact our team via our contact form
