Update Product Availability

We invite you to keep the availability of your products in your Selency shop up to date to avoid a customer placing an order only for the product to be unavailable. The rate of unavailability of a shop is an important factor in customer satisfaction.

Thus, when a product is no longer available, please remove it as follows:

  1. Log in to your Selency account

  2. Go to "My shop" > "My products"

  3. Click the "Remove listing" button

Note: this is a permanent deletion. If the product becomes available again, a new listing will need to be published.

Even when an item is removed from sale, it remains visible in your shop to maintain a history of your products.
