The publication of a product occurs in 2 steps:
Creating your listing
The more precise you are, the better your listing will be! It is important that your future buyer has all the information by reading your listing: from the material to the tiniest defect. This will reduce confusion during receipt and requests for withdrawal/non-conformity.
Some tips:
The title
It must exhaustively and objectively designate your product.
If you mention a designer or publisher and the provenance is not proven, use the following phrasing: “in the style of,” “inspiration,” “in the manner of”
If your product is a rug or a mirror, indicate the dimensions in the title. A customer searches for this type of item based on the space they have
If it is a lot, specify in the title the number of products - “pair,” “set of 3 chairs”.
The category
If an item does not have an appropriate category, it simply means that we do not take it on the site
The photos
A minimum of 2 different photos is required. Choose the first photo of your listing, which will then be cut out by us. Make sure the product is fully visible: it must not be cropped. It is important that there is nothing on it, nothing in front, nothing inside. Also consider adding close-up photos; be mindful of photos taken outdoors and overexposure to light; prefer indoor shots!
Note:
If you sell in a lot: the main photo must show the number of units available in the lot
If you sell individually : the main photo must show only one unit
Quantity
A lot means you are offering several products sold together. The buyer cannot purchase individually.
A product sold individually can exist in X copies that can be purchased separately.
Description
Remember to provide the maximum information to future buyers, tell everything you know about your product and its previous life, also indicate its flaws
Price
We advise you to take into account the condition of the product and similar items on the site
The moderation of your listing by our Selection team
Once you have created your listing, it is sent to our Selection team, which processes listings one by one, 7/7 days. The selection is an integral part of our identity; it is our primary value-added feature.
